A classic form of paint protection that never goes out of style. Hand application of high-quality wax gives the bodywork a warm, deep shine and a clear hydrophobic effect — water and dirt slide off the paint, and everyday washing becomes faster and easier. The wax creates a protective layer against UV radiation, bird droppings, and road contaminants. An ideal choice for drivers who want to regularly refresh their car's protection and appreciate the natural, elegant look of the paint.

HARD WAX – SEASONAL PAINT PROTECTION

Gloss, color depth, and hydrophobicity – a wax properly matched to the conditions in which the car is used.

At Mono Detailing we use waxes by Soft99, selecting the specific product depending on the season and the car's operating conditions.

In the warmer months we use a semi-synthetic wax with added Carnauba wax – Soft99 King of Gloss / Standard. Carnauba allows you to achieve a deeper, more pronounced shine and enhance the look of the paint. High temperatures further help bring out the visual effect, making the paint look especially striking in the sun.

In the autumn-winter period, however, we choose Soft99 Fusso, a synthetic wax with very good hydrophobic properties and increased resistance to harsher operating conditions. This is a solution better suited to the period when the car has more frequent contact with moisture, road salt, and the chemicals used to maintain roads.

Fusso doesn't give as strongly exposed a shine as a wax with added Carnauba, but its main advantage is very good hydrophobicity and practical paint protection in harsher conditions.

Before application, the car is thoroughly washed and prepared so that the wax can properly bond with the cleaned paint surface.

We don't use one wax all year round – we match the protection to the season and the actual conditions in which the car is used.
